SHIPMENTS

Chimera Sleepwear uses Express Shipping with GLS courier: 24-48 hours (working days) from order fulfillment confirmation. The islands and lagoon of Venice are an exception, for which delivery is expected within 3-4 working days.
When the package is ready and shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email through which he can track the order. We remind you that, in order to have the package on time, it is important to provide a valid address where there is always someone from 8.30 to 19.30.
Chimera Sleepwear will have no responsibility for the non-delivery of the package due to wrong or incomplete addresses or without the useful information to identify the place of delivery. Consequently, in case of stock, the customer will be required to pay the amount due.
Orders will be processed within 48 working hours of payment confirmation.

RETURNS

1. WARRANTIES AND COMPLAINTS

Chimera Sleepwear is liable for any lack of conformity that occurs within two years of delivery of the goods, without prejudice to what is stated in point 8.5.

The Buyer loses all rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to Chimera Sleepwear within 60 days of discovery.

The request must be received in writing, by registered letter with return receipt. or by pec, or email to Chimera Sleepwear which will indicate its willingness to process the request, or the reasons that prevent it from doing so, within 1-2 working days of receipt. In the same communication, where Chimera Sleepwear has accepted the Buyer’s request, it must indicate the method of shipping or returning the goods as well as the deadline for returning or replacing the defective goods.

Upon receipt of the complaint and ascertaining its responsibility, Chimera Sleepwear will have the right either to replace the defective goods, as long as they have not undergone any processing or to authorize the return of the goods by reimbursing the relative invoice value, excluding any liability or indemnity.

All costs relating to the return transport of the goods to be replaced are borne by Customer. In any case, the return of the goods must be previously authorized by Chimera Sleepwear.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In any case, the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 days, starting from the day of delivery of the purchased goods.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Purchaser must notify the Supplier at the following pec / email address customer@displaynone.it or through the appropriate form on the site. The return of the goods must be previously authorized by Chimera Sleepwear.All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, washed or altered and with all tags attached

The return of the goods by the Buyer must take place without delay, and in any case, within 14 days from the notification to Chimera Sleepwear of the withdrawal. If the returned goods show damage or signs of wear, Chimera Sleepwear may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to the decrease in value, or refuse the return or replacement of the product.

Chimera Sleepwear will refund the price of the goods for which the withdrawal has been exercised within 14 days of the return of the goods by the Buyer.
